The Nueva Epoca Program empowers and equips the next generation of Latinx leaders with the skills, knowledge, and connections necessary to effect positive change in their communities and beyond. Our comprehensive curriculum covers a wide range of essential topics, including budget management, project management, leadership development, and collaborative relationship building. We also provide specialized training in Strategic Influence on leadership, conducting performance reviews, navigating professional applications, and personal and professional growth planning. This holistic approach ensures that participants not only prepare to take on leadership roles but also drive social and economic changes with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to the Latinx community.
