The Nueva Epoca Program empowers and equips the next generation of Latinx leaders with the skills, knowledge, and connections necessary to effect positive change in their communities and beyond. Our comprehensive curriculum covers a wide range of essential topics, including budget management, project management, leadership development, and collaborative relationship building. We also provide specialized training in Strategic Influence on leadership, conducting performance reviews, navigating professional applications, and personal and professional growth planning. This holistic approach ensures that participants not only prepare to take on leadership roles but also drive social and economic changes with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to the Latinx community. Through this curriculum, Nueva Epoca transforms participants into well-rounded, visionary leaders who advocate for social justice and inspire others in their pursuit of a more equitable world.

Nueva Epoca Academy is building a leadership continuum to support leaders across their professional journey:

  • Emerging Leaders Program – for early-career professionals stepping into leadership for the first time

Each program will reflect Nueva Epoca’s commitment to values-driven leadership, community impact, and future-ready skills, while being tailored to the realities of each leadership stage.

Executive Accelerator Program

The Nueva Epoca Executive Accelerator is a flagship leadership experience designed for senior leaders, executives, and high-level professionals who are ready to lead transformational change — within their organizations, their communities, and beyond.

This immersive program goes beyond traditional leadership training. Participants engage in a curated journey that blends executive strategy, cultural intelligence, and purpose-driven leadership, all grounded in lived experience and a deep understanding of the evolving Latin community.

Through a mix of in-person convenings and interactive virtual sessions, participants explore how to:

  • Lead with vision, trust, and influence — even without formal authority

  • Navigate complex organizational, civic, and social change

  • Leverage data, metrics, and executive dashboards to drive mission-aligned decisions

  • Harness artificial intelligence thoughtfully and ethically to enhance leadership judgment, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness

  • Communicate strategically with boards, funders, policymakers, and key stakeholders

  • Strengthen executive presence while staying rooted in values, community impact, and cultural context

Rather than offering a checklist of skills, the Executive Accelerator challenges participants to integrate who they are, how they lead, and the impact they want to make. The experience culminates in a capstone Change Plan that reflects each participant’s leadership growth and strategic vision for the future.

This program is intentionally designed for leaders operating — or preparing to operate — at the executive and C-suite level, and who are ready to lead with clarity, courage, and accountability in moments that matter most.
